Why We Exist
At Root & Reform, we believe strength doesn’t start at the surface, it starts at your center.
This is more than Pilates. It’s a method rooted in classical principles, elevated by intensity, and powered by your presence in our community.
This is a place to come as you are and leave more grounded, more connected, more whole.
We don’t shrink ourselves to fit in. We expand into our strength.
Strong looks different here.
Our Classes
This is your time to slow down and move with purpose. Classic Reformer guides you through a steady-paced flow focused on core engagement, posture, mobility, and flexibility. Without the rush of cardio or the intensity of high reps, you’ll build strength from the inside out while leaving space for stretch, breath, and control. Great for beginners and experienced clients looking to return to the basics with a challenge.
In our “half Cadillac” class we will Strengthen, lengthen and tone. Think controlled, precise movements using springs as resistance. We will work on the mat and tower focusing on alignment, form and breath work. This low impact and highly effective class is perfect for everyone.
This is a fast -paced full-body class rooted in the pilates principles but designed to push your limits. Focusing on quick transitions and deep core work you’ll move through dynamic flows, integrated with pulses and holds to challenge endurance and raise your heart rate.
This Pilates class combines the chair and jump board to the reformer for a mix of strength and low-impact cardio. Expect controlled movements, a steady pace, and options for all levels.
You’ll move through controlled, supportive exercises on the chair, along with rhythmic jumping sequences to elevate your heart rate and build endurance.
